Return policy:

Panties, thongs boyshorts or any other undergarment that requires direct contact with genitalia are non-refundable for hygienic reasons. Other unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in original packaging may be accepted for return within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping and handling fees. Any returned items in new condition with original packaging that are returned to us after the 7 day return period are eligible for store credit only. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
